The Spinney is a detached property located near the village of Archiestown in Moray, Scotland. It has three bedrooms including a double with an en-suite, another double and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find off road parking for three cars and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn area and a patio with seating. The Spinney is a charming cottage in a lovely part of Scotland.

Accommodation

Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double (orthopaedic double bed) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double, 1 x twin (3 foot twin divan zip & link beds which can be set up as singles or super king). Ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with Range Cooker. Utility. Sitting room with a woodburning stove.

Amenities

The house is heated by a dual system. Guests may choose to use the electric central heating from the electric boiler or the woodburning Rayburn stove. Gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, dishwasher, SKY TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for three cars. Lockable storage for bikes, fishing rods, walking gear. Rear lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs in Aberlour. Note: Tumble dryer is located in the garage. Note: A starter pack of wood for the woodburner is provided by the owners, however if the log runs out there will be a note in the cottage as where to buy some more.
