Laurel Cottage is a beautiful topsy-turvy character cottage with bags of charm and contemporary style. Downstairs bedrooms include a master double with en-suite shower room and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. There's also a separate family bathroom and utility cupboard in the hall with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there's a gorgeous light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen that's fully equipped and has some lovely views to open countryside. Just a 5-minute walk along the river to a friendly village pub, Laurel Cottage is set in Spark Bridge, just 2 miles from Coniston Water and a 5-minute drive from the southern tip of Lake Windermere. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Two bedrooms (ground floor): 1 x master double with en-suite shower room, washbasin and WC; 1 x children's room with bunk beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Upstairs open plan living/dining/kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen.
