The Heronry is a simply stunning luxury barn conversion with all the comfort of a boutique hotel and the seclusion of a private residence. Sleeping 2 in a king size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the Heronry really has the wow factor from the unique Chevrolet breakfast bar to the huge floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and bathroom that allow you to look out over the spellbinding views from the luxury of a stand alone bath. The lighted seating area overlooking Carwinley Beck is a beautiful way to spend an evening and there's private off road parking outside the Heronry. Just 3 miles from the shops, bars and restaurants of Longtown, and ideally placed for an exploration of the Borders, Solway coast and North Lakes, the Heronry is the perfect location for a romantic getaway whatever the time of year.

All ground floor: 1 x super king size bedroom with en-suite with a stand alone bath, double shower cubicle, hand basins and WC. Open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, freeview TVs and DVDs in living area and bedroom, hot tub. Electricity included. Bed linen, towels, dressing gowns and slippers supplied. Welcome pack on arrival. Wifi available.Off road parking. Patio area with seating, further seating area with lighting by the beck. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants at 3 miles. Note: please let owners know if you will be celebrating a special occasion at the Heronry. Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and re filled between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature for your arrival.
