Eribel Cottage is a luxurious cottage, located beneath Blencathra in the village of Threlkeld, with a pub within walking distance. The cottage sleeps 5 with two king-sized bedrooms,, one single bedroom, and a family bathroom. The sitting room has fantastic French doors out to the garden, and the kitchen/diner is bright and airy. There is a private garden with a patio for outside dining, and off road parking for 3 cars. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

Accommodation

Three bedrooms: 1 x master double room with a king-size bed; 1 king-sized dual aspect room; 1 x single. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin, shaver point, heated mirror and heated towel rail. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with lovely French windows to the garden. Utility/drying room with washing machine and space for clothes and boots. Ground floor wet room, with shower cubicle and WC, heated towel rail and mirror with shaver point.

Oil fired under floor heating. Electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, USB charging sockets, and a selection of children?s toys and board games.
