Robyn Cottage is a lovely barn conversion, ideal for an exploration of everything that north Cumbria has to offer. The cottage sleeps six in comfort and style, with en-suites for all three bedrooms. All bedrooms (double, zip link twin/double and bunk beds suitable for adults) feature original beams and lovely views of the farm and open countryside beyond. Downstairs, the living area is spacious and open plan, with comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there's a private patio with garden furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. Set in a beautiful and tranquil location, yet just 15 minutes from Carlisle and 25 minutes from Keswick, Robyn Cottage is the ideal base for a family holiday exploring this spellbinding region, whatever the time of year.

Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bath, shower above the bath, basin and WC. 1 x twin (zip/link, can be a king-size double on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. 1 x bunk bed with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with wood burning stove. Ground floor cloakroom with hand basin and WC.

Oil fired central heating plus wood burning stove. Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Freeview TV, DVD, CD/MP3 player. Oil and electricity included in the rent, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair available. Private patio with garden furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no dogs and no smoking. Shops, bars and restaurants at Wigton 5 minutes.
