The neighbouring beck and natural spring quietly babble away while the magical woodland setting and living green roofs of the grounds provide our guests with the ultimate tranquil retreat. The historical towns of Kirkby Lonsdale and Sedbergh are just a short drive away not to mention the fabulous Lake District. Many local footpaths link to Beckside Hall making it an ideal base for walking and cycling. French and Italian are also spoken by your hosts so it s an ideal location if you would like to improve your English language skills whilst enjoying one of Britain s most stunning rural locations.
