River Bank Cottage is a cosy retreat situated near the village of Tebay in the Lake District. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size, and a twin, along with a wet room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with electric fire, and a conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio area. Resting in a lovely location, River Bank Cottage is a wonderful cottage in a charming part of England.

All ground floor with access for disabled guests. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Wet room with shower, basin and WC.
Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Conservatory.

Fuel, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Fishing available on river next to farm, at additional cost (please bring own equipment). Note: Due to river next to farm, children to be supervised. Note: Property close to railway and motorway, some associated noise may be experienced.
