Rockmead is a spacious detached house in an historic peaceful Dartmoor hamlet three miles from the friendly town of Chagford. The house sleeps ten people in two double bedrooms, a twin and a room with a Super King (which can be made into twin beds on request). On the ground floor is a living/dining room with wood burning stove, a kitchen and a hall. Outside is a big lawn garden with barbecue, furniture and play equipment for small children, plus parking for four cars. Three miles from the friendly town of Chagford, Rockmead is a lovely place for walking, relaxing and exploring Dartmoor.

Accommodation

Over two floors. Two upstairs bedrooms: 1 x king size double with en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin, 1 x Super King (beds can be made into twin beds on request) and en suite WC with basin. Two downstairs bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, hand-shower, separate shower, WC and basin. Hall. Living/dining room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with small breakfast table. Drying room. Laundry room outside.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WIFI, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, bed guard and highchair available on request, Off road parking for four cars. Three well behaved pets welcome. Enclosed garden with childrens play area and barbecue. Note: Check-in time 5pm. Note: No fireworks permitted due to livestock. Note: There is no mobile phone signal at this property. Wifi calling can be used if guests have this enabled on their own mobile handsets.
