Bagtor Mill is a stunning thatched detached mill house with lots of history near the Devon village of Ilsington. The house sleeps nine people in two double bedrooms (one en suite) and a twin bedroom on the first floor with family bathroom and a family bedroom with double and single on the top floor. On the ground floor are a sitting room with open fire, kitchen, dining room, and utility room. Outside is a terrace with furniture and five acres of gardens with river and ponds. Paths lead through woodland beside the river. A mile from Ilsington village with its shop and good food pub and not far from the A38, Bagtor Mill has easy access for touring Devon and is a magical place for a Devon break.

Three first floor bedrooms: 2 x king size double (one with en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin), 1 x single room (with truckle bed). Top floor family bedroom with double and single bed. First floor bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Ground floor sitting room with open fire. Kitchen. Dining room. Utility room. Ground floor WC with basin.

Central heating with open fire. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for four cars. Up to three well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Note: Access to woodland area is occasionally restricted during felling work/bad weather. Note: River/ponds in the garden and woodlands are unfenced.
