24 Victoria Road is an elegant end of terrace four-storey townhouse on a quiet pedestrian lane in the Devon estuary town of Topsham. The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms over two floors, a family room with double and single day bed, a single and a twin (2?6? beds which convert to king size double), plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with open fire, a dining room and a kitchen and in the basement are a games room and cinema room. Outside is a small enclosed front garden and a little walled courtyard with seats behind. With the town centre, estuary and ferry just 350 yards away, 24 Victoria Road is a fine house for an interesting Devon break.
