Hobson's Cottage is a stone-built cottage just outside of Reeth in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It comes with two bedrooms includine one double bedroom and one adult bunks, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. The interior also has an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside, there is off road parking 50 yards from the cottage and a raised patio area with garden furniture. Hobson's Cottage is in a wonderful area and is perfect for families or couples.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Accommodation

Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x single. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, basin and WC. First floor open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.

Electric night storage heaters with small electric stove in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking 50 yards from property. Raised patio area with garden furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 12 mins walk, cafe 5 mins walk. Note: The short flight of steps in the property are steep, and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note - From the end of 2019 the property will no longer have a bunk bed. This will be changed to a single bed only.
