Greystones at Newgate is a heart-warming cottage situated in the village of Slaithwaite in Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; adult bunks, and a double with single bed, along with a wet room, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking for one car, and a south-facing patio with furniture, fire pit, and barbecue, leading to a waterfall and a pond. Resting in a wonderful location with countryside views, Greystones at Newgate is a lovely retreat in a relaxing part of England.

Accommodation

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double and one small single, 1 x family room with 1 king size bed and 1 single day bed. Wet room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and double sofa bed.

Ground source underfloor heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, hot tub, 2 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 car. South-facing patio with furniture, fire pit, and barbecue, leading to a waterfall and a pond. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 1 miles. Note: Private chef available at extra cost. Note: There are steps inside the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a slope from the patio leading to a pond and stream, care should be taken. Note: The WiFi at the property can be limited at times. The hot tub is on a raised deck and is reached by a path down the garden from the patio.
