Merrydown is a detached bungalow nestled in the village of Llanfair, Gwynedd, Wales. Set all on the ground floor, the property hosts three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin, together sleeping six guests. There is a family bathroom and cloakroom to support. Discover an open-plan kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the rear is a lawned garden with a raised seating area and off-road parking for four cars. Merrydown is an excellent choice for a family break to this wonderful part of Wales.

All ground floor: Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 4) and dining room. Sitting room with wood burning stove and sea views.

Air source heat pump central heating and wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in garage. Smart TV with Freeview, Wifi, DAB Radio and a small selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with raised seating patio areas and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, and restaurants 1.2 miles. Beach 20 mins walk. Railway station 10 mins walk. Note: Unsecured drop from patio areas to garden at the front of the bungalow. Note: Property is adult only, no one under the age of 18 yrs.
