Westhaven is a beautifully located property in the village of Morar, on the West Coast of Scotland. Both the sleeping and living rooms are on the ground floor, with the latter consisting of four bedrooms; one king-size, one double, a twin room and a single room. There is also a large family bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking and a large garden with decking and lawn areas. Westhaven is a lovely property, ideal for a family or group of friends wanting to explore all the beauty of Western Scotland.

Accommodation

Ground floor accommodation. Four bedrooms: 2 x king-size, 1 x twin, 1 x bunk. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Utility room with WC and basin. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.

Amenities

Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV, WiFi, selection of games, books and DVD's. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn and decking areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 10 minutes walk and shop 2.5 miles. Note: Accommodation is ground floor but there are three steps up to property. Note: Garden is located next to the estuary and also has a pond, so children should be kept under supervision. Note: House is along a track and although there are 3 steps up to the front door, the back door can be easily accessed via the track with no steps to access.
