Panoramic Cottage is a beautiful end-terrace cottage with stunning coastal views of Brixham Harbour in Devon. It has two bedrooms on the first floor with access to a Juliet balcony and one bedroom on the third floor with fabulous Velux window views. It also has a modern kitchen/diner, spacious sitting room and gleaming family bathroom. Outside on the second floor is an extended Victorian terrace, perfect for sitting out on. Please note BBQ's are not permitted at the property.
Please note the single bedroom will have bunk beds in place until the end of June 2022. Note: Loft staircase may not be suitable for those with limited mobility

Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x single, 1 x second floor double. Bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, separate shower, basin and WC. Utility/Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Pretty courtyard garden with picnic bench and first floor veranda with bench, table and chairs. Roadside parking in adjacent streets. Sorry, no smoking and no BBQ's. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Note: Loft staircase may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note - Check in time is 5:30pm and check out time is 10am. Please Note: This property only accepts bookings starting either Monday or Friday.
