The Old Toll Cottage is a cottage resting all on the ground floor, within the village of Muirkirk in Scotland. It plays host to two bedrooms, both have double beds, while one boasts an en-suite, there is also a bathroom, the property can sleep four people. The interior also comes set with a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room. Externally you will find plenty of off-road parking, along with a gravelled area with furniture, a drying shed for wet clothing/equipment and a decked area with summerhouse, including Sky TV, seating and a bar area. The Old Toll Cottage is a welcoming retreat placed well for touring the beautiful area that is East Ayrshire.

Pet friendly, no additional charge for dogs. All ground floor (2 internal steps down leading from living accommodation to bathroom and bedrooms). Two bedrooms: 2 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC). Bathroom with spa bath. Shower over bath, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Sitting room with patio doors to rear garden. External summerhouse with Sky TV

Enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, furniture, decking, summerhouse and a drying shed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There will be some road noise at this property.
