Boskins is a barn conversion placed in the market town of Sedbergh in Cumbria. It offers two bedrooms, both with en-suites, they are made up of a super king-size and a twin zip/link, the property is able to sleep four people. Its interior also includes a kitchen and a living/dining room. The exterior of the cottage provides off-road parking for three cars, as well as a patio with furniture. Boskins is a homely, charming cottage perfect for friends, couples or family looking to explore this magnificent rural region of England.

Two bedrooms: 2 x super king-size doubles (zip/link, can be twins on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area. External washing room.

Gas underfloor heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a washing/drying room complete with dog shower is provided (shared with one other cottage on site), dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power incl in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 Cot and 1 highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Strictly no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. Note: The owners live in the farmhouse some 30 yards from the property. The main road is 20 yards from the front door, a quiet road but expect a little noise at peak times.
The cottage is on the owners small holding and therefore friendly farm dogs and free range chickens roaming freely.
