2 Pheasant Lane is a wonderful detached cottage resting alongside a well-presented shepherd's hut on the fringes of Bolsterstone. The main building comprises two bedrooms; a double and a king-size double with a bathroom boasting a bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. The shepherd's hut offers two king-size doubles with a Jack-and-Jill shower room. Outside is a garden with a hot tub, sauna, pizza oven, barbecue and patio furniture. 2 Pheasant Lane is an unconventional, modern living space with ample facilities to make you feel right at home in the beautiful Peak District.

Both properties all ground floor. Four bedrooms in total. Main house: 1 x double, 1 x king-size double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Patio with furniture, hot tub, sauna, pizza oven and barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: This property and the outdoor facilities are shared with the shepherd's hut, together they sleep 8 people
