Balmore is a semi-detached property which rests near the town of Kenmore in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It boasts three bedrooms which include a king-size, a twin and a single with a pull-out stacker, there is also a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep six guests. Inside, you will also find a kitchen, a utility, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove and a snug with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will discover off-road parking for two cars, there is also a lawn with furniture. Balmore is a charming cottage placed excellently for a holiday in Scotland.

Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin, 1 x pull-out stacker bed (can be single, twin or double). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Snug/TV room with open fire.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freesat, DVD, WiFi, mobile signal limited, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car with additional parking available 200 yards away. Lawned garden to front with furniture and sloping garden to rear. Shed with storage space for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 10 mins walk, shop 5.5 miles. Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited at this property. Note: Between the rear door and the garage/rear garden, there is vehicle access to the other properties and care must be taken. Note: The rear garden is sloping and with a couple of steep drops within the garden.
