Meadow Cottage is a wonderful barn conversion residing in the village of Longridge, Lancashire. Boasting two king-size double bedrooms, this property can sleep four people. There is also a wet room with a shower and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is a patio area with seating and off-road parking. Meadow cottage is a delightful getaway in a picturesque region of the North West. NOTE: Sorry - No children under the age of 5 years can be accommodated.

Electric oven and hob, kettle, Lavazza Espresso Coffee Machine with Pods, mini drinks fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 50" Smart TV with Freesat in lounge and 2 further TV's in bedrooms, WiFi, Netflix, Spotify. Welcome pack on arrival. Fuel, power and honesty box of logs inc. in rent. Quality Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Secure off road parking for up to four cars. Private rear decking with patio furniture and panoramic views. Private patio with dining table and chairs. Secure external bike racks for four bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the property or on the grounds of the cottage. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Please note: Bedroom suite 2 is immediately adjacent to but not directly connected to the main cottage, therefore this bedroom is not suitable for unaccompanied guests under 12 years (however, bedroom 1 has an additional roll out bed (making it a
family room). Sorry - Infant Guests under 5 years cannot be accommodated.
