Swn Y Coed is a lovely cottage with a fabulous garden and riverside views, nestled in the village of Glyndyfrdwy, in North Wales. It comprises two double bedrooms with a Z-bed for flexible sleeping arrangements, sleeping four people. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast area, utility with a cloakroom, lounge/diner with a gas coal-effect fire and a snug with a woodburning stove. Outside is an enclosed front garden with a patio and furniture, along with roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Swn Y Coed is a charm-filled property to be enjoyed the year-round.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x double with extra Z-bed. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast area. Utility with cloakroom. Sitting room with dining area. Snug with woodburning stove.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. High chair,Travel cot (but please bring own bedding) and stairgate. Enclosed front garden and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 10 mins walk. Nearest shop 4 miles. Note: mobile phone signal can be intermittent. Please note: Check in is 4:30pm and check out is 11am.
