Garreg Ddu is a mid-terrace cottage situated in the village of Blaenau Ffestiniog, Snowdonia. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size, and a double, along with a ground floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a first floor cloakroom, kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and wood burning stove. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis, and a front patio with seating, along with a rear yard. Resting in a charming location with characterful attractions to explore, Garreg Ddu is a wonderful cottage in a historic part of Wales.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double. Ground floor shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC. First floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with woodburning stove and dining area.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player, WiFi, DVD's selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. One complimentary basket of fuel for the wood burning stove. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking and additional layby available on a first come, first served basis. Front patio with seating, enclosed rear yard. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only), additional dogs by prior arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Please contact the owner prior to your arrival for use of the shed.
