Ty Coed is a charming semi-detached cottage positioned in the village of Llanberis, on the fringes of Snowdonia. Comprising two bedrooms; a double and a bunk room, this property can sleep four guests. There is also a bathroom with Mira Sport airboost shower, kitchen and sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. To the exterior is off-road parking for two cars, along with a front courtyard with furniture. Ty Coed offers homely accommodation full of character to families, couples and friends seeking a healthy break in beautiful North Wales.

All ground floor: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x bunk room. Bathroom with bath, shower over (Mira Sport airboost shower), basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and wood burning stove.

Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, small selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not in bedrooms please). Sorry, no smoking and no vaping inside. Hotel, bar and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Due to the age and nature of the cottage some doorways are low and although single storey and all ground floor there are a couple of internal steps. Note: Charging of Electric vehicles is not permitted at this property.
