Apple Tree Cottage is a wonderful stone property nestled within the owner's working farm, some six miles south of Appleby in Cumbria. It comprises two bedrooms; two ground floor doubles, one with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room, sleeping four people. There is also a ground floor shower room next to the utility and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is a veranda with furniture and a private patio with seating and hot tub.

Reverse-level accommodation. Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double. Ground floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. First floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Ground floor utility.

Electric heating with woodburning stove. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Enclosed patio garden with seating and hot tub, veranda with seating. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles.
