Langtree is a wonderfully appointed, semi-detached cottage resting just on the edges of the pretty village of Arnside, in Cumbria. Set over three floors and boasting four bedrooms; a second floor double with en-suite bathroom, a second floor double and twin room followed by a day bed (can only be as 2 singles), sleeping eight people altogether. There is also a bathroom, upper ground floor shower room, kitchen, living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside is an enclosed garden at the rear with a lawned area and patio with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Accommodation

Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x second floor king-size bed with en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor double, 1 x second floor twin, 1 x day bed (can be made into two singles). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Upper ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Living/dining room with woodburning stove. Games room.

Central heating with woodburing stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV, WiFi, games console, selection of games. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking (please note there is a steep incline leading up to the driveway). Enclosed garden to rear with lawned area and patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. High chair, travel cot (bed linen not included). Shops, cafes, pubs & galleries 0.4 miles. Rail station 0.5 miles. No stag or hen parties or similar allowed at the property.
