Heggerscale House is a superb property resting on the outskirts of Kirkby Stephen. Inside, you will find five bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a super-king-size bed, a king-size bed, a twin bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed. There is also a family bathroom with a hand-held shower over bath, basin and WC, as well as a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with an open-fire, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and a sheltered area with hot tub and sauna. Heggerscale House is a superb property for a group gathering to Cumbria.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Off-road parking for four cars. Garden area with sheltered leisure suite with hot tub and sauna. Two well-behaved pets welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 4 miles and shop within 6 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead in the area as property is close to a working farm.
