Dunira is a detached cottage located within the village of Falkland. It has one bedroom, with a double bed and stylish interiors. You will also have a modern bathroom fitted with a bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. On the ground floor you will find a well-fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting room with woodburning fire. Public parking can be found around the corner from the property. Outside, you will also have access to a enclosed garden completed with a lawned space. Dunira is a charming property, set in a central location, perfect for a romantic getaway.

Accommodation

One double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with sofa bed and woodburning stove. Please note: The shower should only be used in the sitting position whilst having a bath. It's not designed (as it has no shower curtain) to be used in the standing position. This is to prevent water running down the bathroom wall and seeping though the bathroom floorboards to the room below (as has unfortunately happened before).

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Pure DAB radio with Bluetooth. TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for the stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free public car park around the corner. * The car park at Back Wynd has an EV charging point. Enclosed garden with lawned area. One well-behaved pet welcome, downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Bedroom and bathroom have sloping ceilings.
