Glen View is a traditional, detached cottage nestled deep within Scottish countryside accessed via a rural track, yet within driving distance to the town of Dumfries. It comprises three bedrooms; a king-size double, a ground floor king-size double and a ground floor twin, sleeping six people. There is also a shower room, ground floor bathroom, an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, plus a utility and conservatory. Outside there are extensive grounds surrounding the property with lawns, seating areas and an unfenced pond, as well as ample off-road parking. Glen View offers a superb base to get away from a busy lifestyle and enjoy a country break with your loved ones.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 12.7 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property, children will need to be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen or similar parties.
Note: The track which leads and joins the driveway to the property, this is an uneven track with the occasional potholes. There is also superficial flooding which may occur during winter months.
