36 Devondale Court is a ground-floor apartment resting within the centre of Dawlish Warren. It houses one double bedroom and a large single bed. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting/dining room with a sofa bed for one additional guests. To the outside, you will find a small balcony area and an off-road parking space. 36 Devondale Court is a superb base for discovering this part of Devon.
