The Groom's House is a stone-built cottage resting close to the town of Callington. It houses one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one king-size and one double bedrooms which share a Jack-and-Jill en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. On the ground floor you will find two sitting rooms, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a garden room and a kitchen/diner. Completing the interior is a utility/shower room. To the outside there is off-road parking as well garden with a seating area and a BBQ. The Groom's House is a superb base to explore Cornwall. The property is available to adults only, and is not equipped with facilities for children.
