The Old Mill is a Grade II listed cottage situated in the village of Jacobstowe, nearby to the town of Okehampton. The property hosts two bedrooms, one super-king size bed with an en-suite shower room and one twin room with an open-plan en-suite shower room enclosed by a privacy screen, sleeping up to four people. Also inside the property is a sitting room with a stone inglenook woodburning stove, a dining room with a stone inglenook woodburning stove, a kitchen, and one bathroom with a shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
