Loft-style stairs in queen-size bedroom leading to a mezzanine recreational room. Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Double oven range, gas hobs, a large fridge/freezer dishwasher, as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. Smart TV, x 3 TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power is inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels are inc. in the rent. Off-road parking for one car with additional roadside parking. Large private garden and patio area with a garage and riverside/limestone escarpment views. Sorry, no dogs, no smoking. Pub 1.8 miles, shops 1.8 miles.. Note: Stairs narrow and steep; care to be taken. There are some steps down to front door but other door at back is flat with easy access. Note: The property sleeps 5 however there is limited seating downstairs for 5 Adults and property is more suitable for families. Note: Portable dining table suitable for 4 available in property.
