Over three floors: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x 2' 6" single with additional pull-out bed (suitable for under 12s only). Bathroom with Whirlpool Spa bath with shower over, basin and WC. Lower-ground-floor fitted kitchen. Sitting room with open fire and dining area.

Enclosed rear garden with small lawn, patio with furniture, BBQ and mountain views. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Note: Steep slate steps from sitting room to kitchen and garden may not be suitable for infirm or young children. Note: When pull out bed is in use, there is no floor space in single room. Note: This property sleep 2 adults and 2 Children under the age of 12. Please note: There is scaffolding at the side of the property for approx 5 weeks. Please note the BBQ is only available between May and October.
