Hightree Lodge Barn is an attached barn conversion set on the outskirts of Leintwardine in Herefordshire. It hosts two bedrooms, including a ground-floor double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep up to four people. The interior also includes a kitchen and a living/dining area with a woodburning stove. To the outside, find off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed courtyard. Hightree Lodge Barn offers a high-quality retreat in an excellent location for exploring the outdoors.

Two bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor double, 1 x twin. Ground-floor bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with woodburning stove

Electric radiators, underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, selection of books. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Perfect for walkers post Covid. Enclosed courtyard. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome with additional dogs considered on request, dogs not to go on furniture (guests can walk their dogs in the paddock as long as they clear up after them). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Note: Property is next to an A road, associated noise may be heard. Note: Twin bedroom is separated by a curtain only. Note: Double bedroom is down a small set of steps. Please note: no children under the age of 2. Note: The Cleaning regime in place involves disinfection and steam cleaning with almost all the ornaments removed and any risk of cross contamination being minimised on materials within the property.
