Crud yr Awel is a wonderful Quarryman's cottage is nestled on the outskirts of Bethesda, North Wales. Set mostly on the ground floor, the property hosts three bedrooms: one double with TV, one single and a further single in the crog loft, together sleeping four guests. There is a family shower room, a fitted kitchen and an open-plan living room and dining area with a woodburning stove. Outside has a patio area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Crud yr Awel is a charming base for exploring the delights of Snowdonia.

Over one floor with crog loft. Three bedrooms: 1 x grond floor double with TV, 1 x ground floor single, 1 x single in crog loft. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. Smart TV with Freeview, a selection of books and games and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Patio area with furniture, backing on to woodland walks. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles and pub 0.6 miles. Note: There are two steps leading up to the kitchen and therefore may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is low ceilings in the loft bedroom and care must be taken. Note: Please do not use your own fridges and/or gas hob everything you need is provided
