Northill Lodge is a beautiful three-storey property resting on the outskirts of Chagford in Devon. There are three bedrooms in the property, consisting of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor twin, sleeping six guests in total. The cottage is also home to a ground-floor shower room, lower-ground-floor bathroom, kitchen/diner and a first-floor sitting room with a woodburning stove and a balcony. Outside is ample off-road parking and a lawn and patio with hot tub, garden furniture and a barbecue. Northill Lodge is a wonderful abode from which to make precious memories with family in Devon.

Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Lower-ground-floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. First-floor sitting room with woodburning stove and balcony

Electric central heating and woodburning stove. Electric range oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, TV, WiFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own towels for hot tub. Ample off-road parking. Lawn and patio garden with hot tub, garden furniture and barbecue. First-floor balcony with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 2.2 miles. Note: There is an unfenced leat 20 yards away, and an unfenced lake at the bottom of the grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
