Old Stable Cottage is a fabulous converted farmhouse, sitting on the edge of Okehampton. Consisting of a king sixw room with double bed, and two double rooms wiht double beds, this property can sleep a total of six guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor is home to a shower room, kitchen/diner and a sitting/dining room with a woodburning stove. The exterior of the property features both a garden with outdoor furnishings and a shared swimming pool, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Oil fired central heating and underfloor heating downstairs. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with DVD player, a selection of DVDs and books, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Garden with outdoor seating area, shared swimming pool, tuck shop, sauna and BBQ. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Please note: Check-in from 6PM. Please note: The pool is not heated and is only available from the last week in May until the end of September. Opening hours of the pool are 9-11am and 4-7pm and there is a rota of 2 hours per cottage. The indoor sauna is also available at these times only
