3 Blue Bell is a traditional, mid-terrace cottage resting near to the village of Penygroes in Wales. Hosting three bedrooms, including two doubles and a single, plus a bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to five guests. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside is a small courtyard and off-road parking for two cars. 3 Blue Bell is a charming retreat ideally placed to enjoy the delights of North Wales.

Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x single. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and woodburning stove

LPG central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine. TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled garden with seating and bike storage. Well behaved dogs are welcome however you are responsible for them at all times and you must ensure that they are kept under control at all times due to livestock, they stay off the furniture, you clean up behind them inside and out. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.9 miles. Note: The access to the property is via an old cart track which is uneven and reaches a narrow point between a stone barn and wall, vehicle/van of 1.84m can fit through, care to be taken when driving. Note: this property cannot accept Sunday or Saturday changeovers
