Sandwell Manor is a splendid south-facing Georgian House in a rural river valley close to the Devon town of Totnes between the South Devon coast and Dartmoor National Park. The house sleeps 14 people in seven first floor bedrooms; six doubles and a twin, plus there are seven bath or shower rooms. Downstairs the living space is generous and bright including a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining area and a modern kitchen. There is also a bar, a snug and the elegant hall is home to a baby grand piano. Outside a level terrace and lawn is ideal for croquet and beyond there is a rough lawn area for children to play. Tennis court available by arrangement. With the coast or heights of Dartmoor within easy reach, Sandwell Manor is a brilliant house for a big group of family or friends to enjoy a holiday in South Devon.
