Orchard Cottage is a delightful end-of-terrace cottage located in Bolton, Cumbria. Hosting two double bedrooms along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen and a living room/diner. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn and patio with seating, and a front enclosed lawned garden, along with private parking for two cars. Orchard Cottage is a lovely traditional property in the quiet, rural village of Bolton.

One double bedroom and one small double bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen. Living room/diner with woodburning stove.

Note: This property is not suitable for infants. Note: There is a crook timber beam that rests at the top of the stairs, please consider this when booking and take care to mind your head when coming up and down the stairs. Note: In one of the bedrooms, the double bed is only accessible from one side, please consider this when booking. Note: Dogs must be kept downstairs, off furniture and off beds, as well as not kept in the property on their own.
