Kellocks Cottage is a lovely old miner's cottage nestled in Wanlockhead, near Leadhills in Scotland. Hosting one king-size bedroom, together sleeping two guests with a ground-floor shower room. It has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed gravelled area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Kellocks Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural, romantic break to Scotland.

Accommodation

One king-size bedroom. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Sofa bed on landing for extra person to sleep. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area

Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV and superfast broadband WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed gravelled area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (dogs must be kept on the lead when out of the premises). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: Please contact owner to purchase additional logs for the woodburning stove, as only a starter pack is provided. Note: Please do not use coal as this is not a multi-fuel burner. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out is by 10am.
Note: 2 well behaved dogs welcome ( secure outdoor space outside the rear of the cottage) dogs need to be on their leads when in the village due to the sheep.
