Milkwood Lodge is a wonderful all-ground-floor property resting on the Quay West Holiday Park in New Quay, Wales. There are two bedrooms in the property sleeping four people, made up of a king-size with an en-suite basin and WC and a twin, served by a shower room. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside you will find off-road parking for two cars and a private, enclosed veranda with furniture. Milkwood Lodge is a wonderful family holiday home from which to explore the coast of Wales.

All ground-floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size hypnos bed with en-suite basin and WC, 1 x twin hypnos beds (2'6" singles). Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire

Gas central heating and electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and hand towels inc. in rent. Please bring own bath towels. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed veranda with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub/restaurant on-site. Beach within walking distance. Note: Although this property is all on the ground floor, there are four steps up onto the veranda to access the property. Note: The property isn't directly on the Quay West site and is based on a quiet lane just past the main entrance to the park. All onsite facilities are available to customer, there is booking system in place. Permits can be purchased locally.
