Strathmill House is a wonderful detached Victorian villa resting in Keith, Scotland. Hosting five bedrooms, including a king-size, a king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), a double and two singles, along with a bathroom, a shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen, dining room and two sitting rooms both with open fires. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, log store, and a covered seating area, while off-road parking can be found within the gated driveway for four or five cars. Strathmill House is a fabulous location for a group break in the beautiful town of Keith.

Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. 2 x sitting rooms

Gas central heating with 2 x open fires (one in each sitting room). Gas range cooker with double oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and high speed BT WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Gated off-road parking on driveway for four to five cars. Rear enclosed garden with lawn, covered seating area, and log store - BBQ and outdoor furniture available from April onwards. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. Note: There are three steps down into the kitchen from the dining room, please take care. Note: The first floor is split-level so there are some steps between rooms and the landing, please take care
