Hayloft at Magnolia Lake is a charming, single-storey barn conversion resting in Mamhead, near Dawlish in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms, including a four-poster king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is a garden with a patio, lawn and furniture, a gas barbecue available on request, shared access to 18-acre grounds and private parking for two cars. Hayloft at Magnolia Lake is a fabulous setting for a peaceful break in Devon. Property does not accept children under 12 years old, only babies under 2 years old children
