West Cottage is a single-storey Edwardian cottage nestled in the grounds of Hill of Tarvit Mansion in Cupar, Scotland. Hosting three bedrooms, including a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is an enclosed private garden and off-road parking adjacent to the property. West Cottage presents a charming base from which to enjoy the beauty of Scotland.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Utility. Sitting room with open fire

Electric heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. TV, radio, DVD player. Power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. There is parking available on the grass in front of the cottage, alternatively there is free parking for Sykes guests in the Pay and Display car park for the Mansion House. Enclosed private garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.6 miles. Note: Further log supplies available locally from Tesco garage in Cupar selling logs, coal and kindling during the winter months. Note: This property does not have WiFi and mobile signal is variable. Note: The opening times, visitor facilities and entry prices of all National Trust for Scotland properties and attractions can be viewed on their website here
