Dudmire is a detached sandstone farmhouse located in the village of Dufton, near Appleby-in-Westmorland in Cumbria. Hosting six bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double, three doubles, and a twin room, along with a ground-floor shower room, and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to twelve people. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, utility room, and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off-road parking, and a garden surrounding the property with patio to the front with seating. Dudmire is a wonderfully large house, full of character waiting for you and your family to make fantastic holiday memories.

Ample fuel provided for woodburning stove, additional fuel can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots and two highchairs available on request. Ample off-road parking. Garden to front and back with front patio and seating. Two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.7 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads when outside .
