Two Bedrooms: 1 x King with ensuite shower, basin & WC. 1 x narrow twin beds. Bathroom with full size bath and shower over, WC, sink. Open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire, outdoor decking and sitting area. A barbecue slab is provided, please bring your own disposble BBQ and dispose of responsibly. Parking for two cars.

Full gas central heating.Gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 2x wall mounted flat screen TVs, DVD player, outdoor lounging furniture, table and chairs. Sunken hot tub - to be used between 10am and 10pm only. Fuel and power inc. inc. rent . Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for two cars. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
