Two bedrooms: 1 x double with ensuite shower room with multi-jet shower, basin and WC, 1 x Twin, a travel cot can fit in either bedroom, family bathroom with over bath shower, basin and WC. Spacious open plan living space with kitchen, lounge, and separate dining area. The lodge is accessed by 3 stone steps to a small flagged area and then a further 5 wooden steps to the gated decking, where you can see the lake. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level. There is 1 step up to the decking area where the patio furniture is located. A barbecue slab is provided, please bring your own BBQ and dispose of responsibly.


Full gas central heating. Gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, electric fire, TV/DVD player with Sky Sports and Entertainment channels, surround sound system for TV/DVD player, iPod , Blu-ray player, both bedrooms have TVs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels incl in rent (please bring own beach towels). Parking for two cars.
