A barbecue slab is provided but please bring your own disposable barbecue and dispose of it appropriately,


Full gas central heating. Gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. WIFI provided by Fallbarrow Park, newly installed decking with outdoor furniture. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring your own leisure towels). Parking for two cars. Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge, The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Sorry no smoking and no pets.
