Three bedrooms; Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Second bedroom with full size twin beds and a TV. Third bedroom has bunk beds which may not be suitable for some adults. The family bathroom has a full size bath, over head shower, WC and basin. Open plan living area with gas fire.

Full gas central heating. Gas hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. TV, DVD player, selection of books and games, TVs in two bedrooms, Fuel and power inc. in rent, Bed linen and towels inc, in rent, please bring own leisure towels. Parking for two cars, Decking with outdoor furniture, Two pets welcome, Dedicated dog area in the pub. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.

A barbecue slab is provided but please bring your own disposable barbecue and dispose of it appropriately.
